Outdoor Training Zone
We've designed a series of workouts to take group exercise outdoors into local parks or outdoor spaces. Your fitness instructor will accompany you to an outdoor training area where your workout will be set up, offering you a different environment to add variety to your regime. You'll find familiar freestyle equipment from our clubs utilised in these outdoor group training

Our gym is situated right in the heart of Brixton and is open 7 days a week from 6am to 9pm Monday to Friday and 8am to 6pm over the weekends.
